Boys and Girls Youth Soccer Day Camp

Join us this summer for our youth soccer camps at Elmhurst University! Campers will work with the Elmhurst University Head Women's Soccer Coach, Susie Foster, the 2024 CCIW Coach of the Year, as well as other coaches and college student-athletes to develop their skills through training and game play in a fun and positive environment!

Camp Overview

Campers will work with college coaches and college student-athletes to develop their skills in a variety of areas including individual dribbling & moves, technique in passing, receiving, and shooting/finishing. Our staff will lead age appropriate developmental training sessions with an emphasis on skill instruction in a fun, engaging, game-based camp! Each day, campers will move through rotations focused on a specific skill and finish the day with game play. We want the players leaving inspired to continue their growth as a player and increase their love of the game!

Camp Structure

Session 1

  • 30 Minutes - Warm-Up Activities
  • 1 Hour 15 minutes - Small group skill stations
  • 20 Minutes - Activity break/optional snack time (concessions available)
  • 50 Minutes - Small-sided games and competitions

What to Bring

- Soccer cleats (strongly encouraged but not mandatory)
- Shin guards (strongly encouraged but not mandatory)
- Athletic shoes
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Ball

Check-In Information:

→ Each day, campers will check in at the Welcome Table at the entrance of Langhorst Field
→ On all other days, campers will just check in with staff before entering the field facility
→ We will open check-in at 8:45 AM each day and ask who will be picking up your camper that day

Pick-up Information:

Each day campers will be checked out at the entrance to the field
Please note, our staff will require visual confirmation of a parent/guardian/caregiver before releasing campers

Medical Protocol

In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital and parents/guardians will be called immediately

Weather Protocol:

Camp will go on regardless of weather

In the case of bad weather, campers will go inside to Faganel Hall for the duration of camp or until weather clears
